1. Order Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM (local time) will begin processing the next business day.

  • During high-volume seasons (holidays, promotions), processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.

We do not ship worldwide.

If your country does not appear at checkout, we are unable to ship there at this time due to carrier restrictions.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.

  • Free Standard Shipping is offered on domestic orders. Expedited options will display additional costs at checkout.

  • International shipping costs vary by region and shipping option.

Any potential carrier surcharges or customs fees will be clearly communicated when applicable.


5. Local Delivery & Pickup

We do not have local delivery or pickup options.

6. Returns, Changes & Cancellations

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.
Items must be in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Order Changes

Order changes (address correction, item edits, etc.) may be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After processing begins, changes are not guaranteed.

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing the order. After shipment, cancellations are not possible.

Lost or Damaged Orders

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at hopesjewelers10@gmail.com

  • We will work with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

7. Potential Service Interruptions

Your order may be subject to delays due to:

DELYORO is not responsible for delays outside of our control, but we will always assist with updates where possible.

  • Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to reflect activity.
